Pope John Paul II

Pope John Paul II vatican visitPope John Paul II moved thousands of people with his words and presence in St. Louis in late January, 1999. But it was A-Mrazek Moving Systems who moved the Pope, or at least his belongings, both personal, Papal, and press-related.

In November 1998, the Archdiocese selected A-Mrazek Moving Systems to make 20 stops with four 26-foot straight truck loads of Papal Possessions, including: the Holy Father's throne; his personal luggage and all of the Cardinals and press corps luggage (nearly 600 pieces); 21 boxes of Bibles sent from Rome for the Trans World Dome; processional candles; 300 5'x5' banners which required special packaging to avoid creasing; 300 umbrellas; medical equipment; cases of bottled water; rugs and furniture for each venue; an entire truck filled with gifts from Mexico; and eight huge locked and sealed trunks made of gold and silver, believed to contain the Holy Father's ceremonial vestments, and to which a Vatican special agent held the key.

How did A-Mrazek perform this important and complicated task?

a-mrazek moving the pope john paul II"The A-Mrazek team was awesome! We selected them because they have a great deal of experience with the airport and an excellent reputation in their industry. They were extraordinarily flexible flexible and kept in touch throughout the visit, which I appreciated very much, and they managed to make 20 stops with some very delicate cargo without any damage."

"We can't just have anybody move these things. Their reliability and professionalism were exemplary. We have to have someone capable and competent and someone who's able
to keep things under wrap. [A-Mrazek] did that."
