This has nothing to do with a moving experience, but with your wonderful employees. You have the outstanding truck drivers. The major 12" snowstorm that hit St. Louis on January 11th, my daughter and I had to abandon our cars in Frontenac and walk home the remaining couple of miles. With blizzard conditions and no sidewalks it was a dangerous and difficult walk. Many drivers passed us by but 2 nice young gentleman in your moving truck had just finished their delivery and they stopped to ask if we wanted a ride. They were heading towards Kirkwood on Geyer Road and ended dropping us off within a couple of blocks from our home. Usually we would never accept a ride from strangers but considering the weather conditions we gladly accepted. They could not have been more courteous and kind. I can never thank them enough. God sent a couple of angels to help us out.....thank you.... be proud of your co-workers.

Best packing I've ever had. The like things were packed together making it easy to organize on the other side. Every thing was wrapped very expertly with minimal material (much less than if I had done it). Really good job!

The driver and his coworker are excellent people! They were professional, friendly, and courteous. What lovely gentlemen. I live on a very treacherous hill here in San Francisco, and the two men tackled the steep slope cautiously and effortlessly. I guess that's why they are called professionals! They handled my items with great care. I was very impressed. They also re-assembled and put my Temperpedic bed together. The frame is UBER heavy and I initially guessed wrong as to the orientation. Not to worry, they were very kind and didn't mind moving it a second time to get the correct orientation! What great guys! 🙂

This email is a bit late, but a move tends to put normal business on the back burner. I was quite pleased with the gentlemen that move our belongings from Ridgewood Dr. to Julia Elizabeth Dr. I can honestly state that they were worth every cent paid, and I will be recommending them specifically to all of my friends. There were cheaper alternatives available to us, but you were recommended by the Irvine Team, our buyer agent, and we were running out of time to setup the move so we went with your company. It does one's heart good to see young men work so hard, speak so courteously, and perform with great professionalism. At no time did I fear for my possessions or home as they went through the process of moving our belongings. While I don't know how much time our move should have taken professional movers, I do know that I would still be moving items through the beginning of next year, and I would probably have ended up in the hospital. These guys made me feel guilty for not being as hard of a worker as they are in my own non-labor intensive job. Again, well done I was also impressed that you came out personally to check on the process, and then followed up with a phone call. The final cost was also withing the quoted estimate. These guys deserve top marks in every category.
